 Muthig
Environmental Inc. was founded in May, 2001 by Paul J. Muthig.
The company was founded on the premise of providing professional
and cost effective consulting services in a timely manner. Mr.
Muthig has worked in the environmental arena for 20 years including
petroleum and coal exploration and mining, as a regulator at the
South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control,
working as a hydrogeologist for international consulting firms
and now as president of Muthig Environmental Inc. Muthig Environmental
is the second firm started by Mr. Muthig.
His clients
have included industry, government and private institutions. Project
experience includes the evaluation, assessment and/or remediation
of contamination in the United States, Puerto Rico, Spain and
Peru. Mr. Muthig has a BS in Geology from the University of South
Carolina and a MS in Geology from the University of Kentucky.
Currently he is registered as a professional geologist in several
southeastern states and is the Chairman of the National Board
of Advisors for the University of South Carolina School of the
Environment.
